Most Items will ship within 2 to 5 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. You may return any item you are dissatisfied with, within 14 days of receipt of item, for a full refund, minus return shipping cost and a 15% restocking Fee. We would prefer that you come visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if you're not satisfied with whatever you purchase from us, that you can return it and get your money back. Please contact us for information on returning a product prior to doing so.
Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry. Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.
Damaged Goods Policy
Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
